Ok I feel like I know the answer to this question. Here's what I know:
Male communication informative speech is straightforward and honest and also very interesting to hear when talking to them. 
Female communication informative speech is different in a way because it is just as interesting to hear but it is not as straightforward as male communication informative speech.
This is all I know.
