I believe the answer is: Post-WorldWar II <span>Ghana

But after some social movement made by workers, youngsters and the women movement made by Ghana's civilian British finally agreed to gained Ghana their own independent. Even though Atlantic Charter was made in 1941, Ghana's only get their independence about ten years later.</span>
