56 mile should be 5/6 mile
14 mile should be 1/4 mile

5/6 + 5/6 + 1/4 = 1 11/12 miles.

5/6 is added twice becaue Maria walked the path twice. Going to the mall and Coming from the mall.

(5/6 * 2/2) + (5/6 *2/2) + (1/4 *3/3) = 10/12 + 10/12 + 3/12 = 23/12
23/12 = 1 11/12 miles.

Maria did not walk more than 2 miles. She only walked 1 11/12 miles.

We know that

if the temperature T of a given mass of gas varies inversely with its volume V
then
T=k/V

Step 1
Find the value of k
for T=30º C and V=105 cm³
we have
T=k/V--------> k=T*V--------> k=30*105=3150 °C*cm³

therefore
for V=84 cm³
T=3150/84=37.5 °C

the answer is 37.5 °C

The answer is 4 let's make a equation to answer it 3*y=12 we need to get y simply multiply 1*3=3 2*3=66 is half way so we can double 2 to 4 4*3=12 so y=4. you only need 4 boards to complete the wall.
