Evaluate What are the constitutional provisions distinguishing among citizens by birth, naturalized establishing citizenship? De
noname [10]

In America, in order to become a citizen, the person has to either be born or naturalized in the country of the United States. A non-citizen; however, is anyone from a different country that does not owe allegiance to the U.S.

There are two ways by which a person can become a U.S citizen by birth: Jus Solis and Jus Sanguinis. Jus Solis is when a person has the right to citizenship for being born in the State or territories. Jus Sanguinis is the right to citizenship when the person has at least one American parent.

Naturalization is the legal process by which non-natives become American citizens. A person who is not a citizen, but wants to become one, has to meet the requirements and go through the U.S naturalization process.

4. Would Andrew Carnegie's purchase and renovation of Skibo Castle have been good or bad to
bulgar [2K]

Answer:

In 1745, Robert Gray handed over the estate. It was later bought by a relative who built a modern house before 1760. His property has changed frequently until 1872, when it was bought by Evan Charles Sutherland-Walker, who extended the house and improved the same land. However, the state of the building had been reduced in 1897, when wealthy industrialist Andrew Carnegie had a one-year lease, with a purchase option. In 1898 he exercised that option of £ 85,000. However, his condition had decreased so much by this time that an additional £ 2 million was spent on improvements, including an area increase of 16,000 square feet (1,500 m 2) to more than 60,000 square feet (5,600 m 2), In addition to the creation of Loch Ospisdale, an indoor swimming pavilion and a 9-hole golf course. Carnegie employed Alexander Ross of Inverness to carry out major improvement works that include complete electrical services served by a private plant.

Plants that get nutrients from rocks give off chemicals that can cause by what weathering
galina1969 [7]
Plants that get nutrients from rocks will can cause chemical weathering. Generally there are two types of weathering processes: physical and chemical weathering and they result in the breakdown of rocks, minerals, etc. Plants contribute to both physical and chemical weathering. Plants that grow in fissures and cracks in the rocks, as they grow their roots extend. Over time, the rocks will be broken into smaller fragments. Many such plants also give off chemicals, most commonly humic acid. These acids help in the breakdown of iron and aluminum compounds in the subsurface. Plants also support microbial life forms that help in weathering of soil and minerals. All these process contribute to the weathering of rocks and minerals.
