Light Dependent Reactions takes light energy from the Sun which converts into water. It breaks down water into hydrogen that oxygen released into the world and hydrogen that is added to NADP+ to make NADPH, which is energy. It also takes ADP which makes ATP. The ATP is then brought into the Light Independent Reactions to help make sugars to be brought to the mitochondria to make energy for the cell.
