The activity routines are improving each of our health-related components of fitness because it makes us endure the activities for a longer period of time, it strengthen our body and the physical composition of our body becomes more fit. We repeat the same routine over and over again so that way we can include progression, and each time run the mile a little faster, more push ups, and to stretch more to increase our sit and reach result. We are able to do a few more push ups than last time which shows that our muscular strength has improved. Our endurance had gone up.
