In the rainforests, there are many types of tress which include deciduous and evergreen trees.

Deciduous trees are those trees that shed their leaves once or twice a year. They have the following characteristics:

The evergreen trees are those tress that do not shed their leaves but remains green and functional through more than one growing period. Their characteristics include:
