Hi!

I can help you with joy!

  • We are asked to use the Distributive Property.
  • It looks like so:
  • a(b+c)=ab+ac
  • Let's apply this property to solve our problem:
  • \longmapsto 3(x+2)
  • \longmapsto 3x+6

<u>Answer: </u>3x+6

Hope it helps.

Do ask me if you have any query.

What ate the domain and range of f(x)(1/6)x+2?
never [62]

Answer:

Domain : all real numbers

Range: All numbers greater than 2

Step-by-step explanation:

The shark. (Haha, I'm sorry.)

There are no restrictions on the x. X can be any real number.

The range, however, does have restrictions. The range has to be a number greater than 0.

Why?

Because any number that you put in for x won't make the range less than 2. If you put in zero for x, the range is 2.

1.Use the simple interest formula to find the ending balance.
labwork [276]
General formula to be used: F=P(1+i)^n
F = future worth; P = present worth, i = annual interest, n = years

1.) F=5000(1+0.05)^{3.5}
    F = <span>$5931.06
</span>
2.) 3000+262.50=3000(1+i)^{3.5}
     i = 2.43%

3.) 1300+299=1300(1+0.0575)^{n}
     n = 3.7 = 4 years

4.) F=315(1+0.015)^{3}
     F = $329.39

5.) P+5=P(1+0.0125)^{1212}
     P = $1.45
     *I doubt the 1212 years. I think that is a typo error. Nevertheless, just           substitute the correct number of years to determine P :)
