A group of students was standing in the hallway between classes watching a video on a cell phone. After it was over, they starte

d to discuss what types of energy made it possible to hear and see. Read below to see their conversation.
Elijah: I think the electrical energy in the phone turns into heat energy and the heat energy turns into light energy. This is what lets us see the video.

Zara: I think the electrical energy in the phone turns into sound and light energy. That is what lets us see and hear the video.

Alyssa: I think the battery has nuclear energy that turns into electrical energy. Then the electrical energy turns into light and sound energy so we can hear the video while we watch it.

Deandre: I think the light energy in the phone turns into sound energy and then into electrical energy. This is why we can watch videos.

Gabe: I think the battery has chemical energy that turns into electrical energy inside the phone. Then the electrical energy turns into both sound and light energy allowing us to see and hear the video.

Objects in our solar system are in a spinning motion because THE GRAVITATIONAL PULL OF THE SUN PUSHED OBJECTS INTO A SPINNING MOTION.
The reason why the planets orbit around the sun is because the gravity of the sun keeps them in their circular paths. The gravity is a fundamental part of the universe structure. The planets revolving around the sun traveled in a circular path because they have velocities that are perpendicular to the velocity of the sun.
