What's the solution to any system of equations?

In accordance with graph, it is the point or line where all the graphs intersect, though it’s probably more accurate to say that the point of intersection represents the solution than the other way around.

Example, the system of equations with y=2x+3 and y= −7x has the solution (−13,73) . At that specific point, using those values of x and y , both equations are true.

Once we get beyond three equations, a underdetermined system might have an “intersection” of a plane or higher object, but at that point we can't represent it by graph, at least not via the usual method of graphing, as it would require more than three dimensions.
