You can look good and feel good but at the same time be very unhealthy such as overweight leading to causes such as diabetes, being able to handle a emergency is good to know but that doesn’t show a teenkd healthy,I would say false because all these aspects are simply aspects as of how a teens mindset is not how their lifestyle is and if they are healthy physically or not.
