Answer: 36.6

Step-by-step explanation: 2x+1+3x-4=180

add 2 & 3 to get 5x

subtract 1 from 1 & 180
so u would have 5x-4=179

+4 to 179

then 5x=183

divide by 5

x=36.6

hope it helps

Two solutions of differently concentrations of acid are mixed creating 40 mL of a soul union that is 32% acid one-quarter of the
AleksAgata [21]

Answer: Three quarters (30 ml) is made up of a 36% acid solution.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Total amount of solution = 40 ml

One- quarter of the solution is given by

\frac{1}{4}\times 40\ ml\\\\=10\ ml

Three-quarter of the solution is given by

\frac{3}{4}\times 40\\\\=30\ ml

According to question, we have

10 ml of solution is made up of = 20% of acid solution

30 ml of solution is made up of = say<em> 'c </em>' of acid solution

40 ml of solution is made up of = 32 % of acid solution

So, our equation becomes,

10\times 0.2+30\times c=40\times 0.32\\\\2+30c=12.8\\\\30c=12.8-2\\\\30c=10.8\\\\c=\frac{10.8}{30}\\\\c=0.36\\\\c=36\%

Hence,  three quarters (30 ml) is made up of a 36% acid solution.

PLEASE ANSWER FAST
Dmitrij [34]
Hello there!

The answer to this question will be answer choice A.

When using the SAS postulate, we need two pairs of sides and the pair of the angles between those two sides to be congruent.

It is given that one pair of sides are congruent, along with a pair of congruent angles.

We want the congruent angle to be between two congruent sides, thus AC must be congruent to EC in order for these triangles to be proven congruent by the SAS postulate.

Hope this helps and have an awesome day! :)
