The Government's role in building and maintaining the nation's infrastructure would be that they have control of what we do as a first world country and making sure that we don't go bankrupt, or run ourselves into the ground.         The federal government should be the main source of the funding, however if it's only a state problem than it would be the state and local funds.

As Nisei, or second-generation Japanese Americans, and American-born sons of Japanese immigrants during World War II, they needed to put everything on the line to "win big." For these Nisei, they were fighting to win two wars: the war against the Germans in Europe and the war against racial prejudice in America. For their valor the 442nd Regiment has been recognized as the most decorated unit in American history. They earned more than 18,000 awards, including 9,500 Purple Hearts, 5,200 Bronze Star Medals, 588 Silver Stars, 52 Distinguished Service Crosses, 7 Distinguished Unit Citations, and one Congressional Medal of Honor.
