What i learned about the poetry of the romantic period is that;

It dealt with themes of the beauty of nature, the emotions and the individualism of the speaker.

From the selections being talked about as seen online, we can say that Romantic poetry normally tries to deal with themes of the beauty of nature, emotions and the individuality of each speaker.

Another thing i learnt from romantic poetry is that they show high subjectivity and mystical spiritual apparitions as well as incorporation of life terms such as death, darkness, and depression that could arise due to love.
