This can become a problem for some reasons. When your eyes are laser focused on your video game or whatever else, if you keep your eyes on your screen for too long, your vision can become blurry. This becomes even worse if you are gaming in the dark and your eyes are only focused on the screen. As said, this can cause many eye problems like blurry vision, trouble reading, etc. This is only if you do this for about a week until you will start seeing changes.
