Dr. Maisel is creating a new personality test. The test is a self-report measure in which participants answer questions on a sca

le from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree" about how they would respond to particular situations. He then uses the responses to place participants along a spectrum in a number of different traits. He compares the results of the test to reports from the participants’ managers at work on their working styles and ability to work within their team and finds that the test results are highly positively correlated with managers’ reports. What type of test is he developing, and what type of validity or reliability can be determined from his work on the test?.

If the fed wants to increase the money supply it should: select one:
katrin2010 [14]
I think the answer is choice B. The discount rate is the interest rate charged on loans given to banks by the Fed. When the discount rate is increased, banks increase interest rates on loans, people take out less loans, people have more money to spend, which improves the money supply as well as the economy.

Alex

Answer: at first, a child's morality is externally controlled by adults.

Freud believed that young children form a conscience by identifying with the same-sex parent. Then, they adopt their same moral standards. He believed moral development was then largely complete by age 5 or 6.

Most researchers now disagree with this view, and they instead believe that fear of punishment and loss of love motivate moral behaviour in children. Therefore, children's morality is largely externally controlled by adults.
