d) take something that is the owners without their clear consent and knowledge, property belonging to CHS, its personnel, or another pupil;
e) use CHS's brand, trademark, intellectual property, or other assets for personal gain or to the advantage of a third party, other than for academic reasons at the CHS;
f) engage in unethical or corrupt behavior;
g) act disruptively repeatedly in class or while doing assessment activities, such as exams. or examinations;
