So you see something go wrong and you’re the only one who can do something about it so you have to call 911. They ask you if their are any weapons so you look around to make sure the victim is safe from any harm. Look at the victim and describe what is wrong if you think you can help them then do what you can but if not wait and make sure you stay on the phone with 911.

If there is something wrong immediately dial 911

Look around the environment to see if it’s clear and there is no sight of danger or weapons

If your gonna help the victim, apply gloves to prevent infection because the victim may have a open wound and anything unsanitary has a higher risk of infecting the wound.

Knowing your limit, if a hemorrhage occurs apply direct pressure and do not let go if the injured victim cannot do it themselves.
This may prevent shock.
If hemorrhage is severe apply a tourniquet (LAST RESORT).
Keep the victim calm as the adrenaline rush or shock may confuse the victim

Wait for the emergency crew

2.14-20% is considered athletic. 21-24% is considered fit. 25-31% is considered acceptable. 32% or more is considered obese.

3.Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women.

4. 45–65 percent carbohydrates. 10–30 percent protein. 20–35 percent fat.

5.A slow metabolism burns fewer calories, which means more get stored as fat in the body; that's why some people have difficulty losing weight by just cutting calories. A fast metabolism burns calories at a quicker rate, which explains why some people can eat a lot and not gain extra pounds.

6.Protein-rich foods, such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes, nuts and seeds, could help increase your metabolism for a few hours.

Capsaicin, a chemical found in chili peppers, may boost your metabolism by increasing the number of calories and fat you burn.

The combination of caffeine and catechins found in tea may help your body burn slightly more calories and fat each day
