Ok yes thats true. THe muscle breaks down and when it is rebuilt with amino acids and what not the protein comes back in bigger clumps and as a product you become "stronger"

Why am I so scared of death...Well if you are young(Comment how old you are) you do not have to worry because you have years before you can start worrying when you are old...I actually have no clue!
