In reading the scriptures, i find a great moral power. therein am i made aware of two great forces for good in human experience:

the "fear" of god and the "grace" of god. without the fear of god, i should not stop at doing evil; the fear of god restrains from evil. without the grace of god, i should have no desire to approach positive goodness. the one is a deterrent from evil; the other an encouragement to good.

This is TRUE. However, some people stop doing bad out of the fear of MAN. This is a different fear. For example, if you were thinking about stealing something, but you decided not to because you felt you would get into trouble with police officers. But you had no thought about god, or what he thought. You had a FEAR OF MAN.

Hope this helps!

Suppose you are driving a car at a high speed. Why should you avoid slamming on your brakes when you want to stop in the shortes
MrRissso [65]

Answer:

It is because avoiding slamming the brakes will allow us to stop in a shorter distance as compared to the distance in which the vehicle stops if we slam the brakes.

Explanation:

When we apply the brakes in our vehicle by slamming them the car stops while sliding or we can say that the force that stops the car is the kinetic friction that sets up between the ground the tires of the car. While as when the wheels are turning as opposite to sliding the force that is involved in the deceleration of the car is the static friction. The force of static friction is greater than the force of kinetic friction as the coefficient of static friction between the tires of the car and the road is greater than the coefficient of kinetic friction. This larger force stops the car in a shorter distance.

A grating sensation called _______ can be felt and sometimes heard when the ends of a broken bone rub together.

grating sensation called crepitus can be felting and occasionally heard when the ends of broken bone rub together.

Fractures most frequently do from some kind of trauma similar to an auto accident or a severe fall. When you break a bone in your body, one of the first symptoms you ’ll notice is immediate pain around the injury.

Unless the bone is actually poking through your skin, you need X-ray to determine that you ’ve sustained a shattered bone.

However, you may also need an MRI or CAT checkup to rule out damage to other structures similar as ligaments, tendons, If the fracture is severe.

Although grating sensation are veritably different, they partake a lot of the same symptoms, so it is important for you to get medical treatment if you ’re doubtful of your injury.
