4.5 hours

Explanation:

Let the time for the bicycle be t, then the time for walking is 7 - t

Distance for walking is 4*(7 - t)

Distance for cycling is 44*t

Total distance 4*(7 - t) + 44t = 208

28 - 4t + 44t = 208

40t = 208 - 28 = 180

so t = 180/40 = 4.5 hours.
