It looks like the shadow for the lamp only went up 8 feet so I assuming it would go up 8 feet as well for the guy

It has to be the 2 and 3 because when you multiply fractions you use keep change flip for example 2/3 divided by 2/3 you keep the first fraction 2/3 you change division to multiplication and you flip the last fraction which will be 2/3x3/2
