B) Yogurt Whey may be reduced by the addition of a Thermolabile enzyme - a variant of the Beta - Lactoblobulin.

This is a waste or byproduct gotten during the production of Yogurt at home. This type of Yogurt is called artisanal yogurt. It is known to contain protein and can be used as a probiotic.

<h3>What is Thermolabile Beta-lactoblobulin?</h3>

This is a form of binding agent that can be gotten from cow milk. It is Thermolabile because it loses its composition when heated above 131 degrees Fahrenheit.
