For example, when you sprint you can’t breathe very well, so you’re not inhaling as much oxygen you need to make that energy for you to move. Your muscles will go into lactic acid fermentation, and the result of that is energy (ATP) along with lactate (lactic acid), and you will probably start feeling pain as the lactic acids build up.
