although your answers seem right written in the columns, but your method of applying numbers to equation seems incorrect in 'expand' column. for example, answer for 3 should be something like this...
3 21 17+4
4 25 21+4

it is moved to the left 2 units
vertically streched by a factor of 3
and moved up by 4 units in that order
because
to move a function to left c units, add c to every x
to vertically strech function by factor of c, multiply whole function by c
to move funciotn up c units, add c to whole function
so it is 2 to the left, verteically streched by a factor of 3 then moved up 4 units
All you have to do is change the whole number to a fraction. Say you have 4 divided by 1/2. All you have to do to make a whole number a fraction is put it over 1. So now you would have 4/1 (4 being the numerator) divided by 1/2. When you divide fractions always remember this; Keep, Switch, Flip. Keep 4/1, Flip the division sign to multiplication, and Flip 1/2 to make it 2/1. Then you multiply the numerators and the denominators. So 4/1 * 2/1 = 8/1. Hope this helped.
