As of right now, there is no archeological evidence that points to the location of this garden. The Hanging Gardens of Babylon is the only seventh ancient wonder of the world that is like this. Although the gardens were claimed to have been destroyed by a series of earthquakes at around the 2nd century BC, there is no decisive evidence that this ever occurred. Additionally, no Babylonian texts extensively reference the existence of this wonder. It is likely that it was never built.
