Explanation: In order to promote social and economic equality, Conservatives ideologies tend to resist government intervention. They believe that the individuals will be rewarded by the free market considering their talent and hard work.

Conservatives act against government restrictions on one's independence protected in the Bill of Rights.

However, conservatives bear tendency to favor government intervention to promote traditional ethics. It strongly support government spending on the national security and military purposes.
