List five ideas or strategies to help prevent psychological disorders including
guapka [62]

Answer:

Explanation:

Depression -- ideas and strategies: a person who is dealing with depression should go to therapy, because it's very helpful and together, with a professional individual, they will find a solution and the core of the problem. Writing in a journal positive thoughts and saying daily, positive affirmations to ourselves, boosts our self-imagine and confidence more than we think. It's very important that we get out of the house and socialize even when we don't feel like it, because close friends, family, partners are always there for us and there's nothing better than their love, support, patience and loyalty.

Anxiety --  ideas and strategies: There are quite a few amazing pieces of advice that could help anyone who is dealing with this condition. A person should be focused on themselves and do something nice for them, every single day. They should talk on the daily basis with someone they trust and visit a professional regularly. Keeping a journal and writing our own thoughts and issues is one stop closer to the solution. Avoiding alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and sugar is very helpful and should be exchanged for exercising and healthy, balanced diet.

Anorexia Nervosa -- ideas and strategies: It is a very common and serious disease, but sometimes it seems like it does not get enough attention and sometimes a person that's dealing with serious issues is called '' liar '', '' attention-seeker '' and other not so pleasant attributes. There are three main phases that each person that's going through this condition needs to pass: 1. Regaining the weight that's been lost due to diets and vomiting 2. Focus must be on mental health 3. Reaching the full recovery, both with medicaments, session and support from the people we love

Bulimia Nervosa -- ideas and strategies: when it comes to a person that is dealing with those issues, it's important to take them seriously, not laugh at them and think they're pretending. Many young girls are suffering more and more from bulimia as they're self-image is destroyed by numerous fashion trends and bloggers. In order to work on a problem, a professional help is much needed. Girls should be aware that it is a serious condition and it brings along many risk factors. Also, it's very important to see the symptoms and risk factors so the problem can be cut from the root. Maintaining a healthy eating can be hard, both for people suffering from bulimia and those who are not, but it's a crucial step in both preventing it or curing it. People should have tolerance and understanding toward a person who's going through this delicate state and pressure that school or work, even social life brings, should be lowered to the minimum.

Binge eating -- ideas and strategies: this type of activity wasn't considered a disorder until recently. Almost 2% of the population is dealing with it and it can cause other problems in our health when it comes to high cholesterol and diabetes. It is a mental disorder because binge eating has nothing to do with actual food, but finding comfort and running away from our problems and life with help of it. When it comes to symptoms, it's important to recognize them and react fact so the issue does not belong severe. Some of them are: fast eating, eating until feeling sick, eating alone because feelings of shame, guilt and embarrassment are present.
