Number of spies = 4

Number of ways of selecting 10 attendees who are not spies from all the attendees = 14C10 = 1001
Number of ways of selecting 10 attendees from the non-spices attendees = 10C10 = 1
 Probability of sharing secret information with 10 non-spies = 1/1001 = 0.000999
