There are many shops that sell goods and services in our neighbourhood.  We may buy milk from the dairy, grocery from the departmental stores, etc.  These shops are useful as they are near our home.  We can go there on any day of the week.  The buyers and sellers know each other and may provide different goods on credit.

Branded goods are affordable only for a few because of the following reasons:  These goods are expensive as they are promoted by advertisement and claim of better

quality.  Big companies sell their products through shops in large urban markets and through special

showrooms.

Hawker Shop owner  A hawker generally owns a’ thela’ or

cart which is a movable shop.  A hawker provides door to door

service.  He sells his goods at a minimum

The chain of markets serves the following purpose:  There is no need for the factories to find consumers for their goods.  Whole sellers buy directly from the producers.  Several people get benefited and consumers get goods of their needs.  The goods reach faraway places through the links of traders.

place? (3 m)  We can order goods that we need over the telephone and get their delivery.  Over the internet, we can visit the concerned website and order the products.  We can pay through internet banking or on the delivery of goods.
