Answer:

Hi Legendary!

Yes, your parents are right, this is growing pains, they start at the beginning of puberty and continue until you are fully grown. Over time, the pain will decrease so no need to worry. Walking to school is good exercise and what you are eating is helping support a growing body. P.E will cause some slight soreness in your legs and arms (depending on what you do in P.E). You don't need to worry though, the pain will downsize. Also, since you said its been happening for over a year, that is also a clear sign of growing pains, you will these pains in your back as your spine grows with you, in your arms as you do more work and athletic activities, your legs and knees because they are growing from an infant, to a child, then to an adult!

Hope this helps you out!!!

Hope your pains go down, also, if you want to take some medicine for those pains, try Motrin (Ibuprofen) or something with Acetaminophen

Pellagra is a disease that is brought on by insufficient amounts of niacin, which is sometimes referred to as vitamin B-3.

What is pellagra?

Systemic illness called pellagra is brought on by a severe niacin deficit (vitamin B3). It has an impact on the entire body and can ultimately result in death. Niacin deficiency in your diet is the primary cause of primary pellagra. It typically affects people who are undernourished and in poverty.

Dermatitis, dementia, and diarrhea are the major signs of pellagra. This is due to the fact that niacin deficit is more apparent in bodily systems with rapid cell turnover, like your skin or gastrointestinal tract. Pellagra-related dermatitis frequently results in a rash on the hands, feet, or lips.
