When Japan attacked Manchuria there were less consequences, there was little foreign aid to the newly unified Communist and Nationalist forces in China (they paused their civil war to fight the japanese invasion), on the contrary it was world war once Germany invaded it’s neighboring countries.

In my opinion I think U.S president today have less power if they could have than before. The presidents back then would hold office until retirement or until death. Today they can hold office for only two terms for which each is four years long. They still cannot make decisions on their own they need the approval of the two other governing branches. I think the framers of the constitution would be satisfied knowing this is so and that the constitution has been something that has been used to base off democracy appropriately.

Natural law is the higher order positive law which emerged from the philosophers of ancient age. Stoic reformers believed that law of nature is the supreme law which connects man and nature to live in harmony with each other.

Aristotle says that though man perceives things and frames laws to live an orderly life, the natural law is universal and a common law exists which is divine.

Natural rights are the rights which are believed to be inherited by birth of a man. These are natural birth rights and they are the base for the founding fathers to frame the US Constitution.
