Answer:

She would save $2

Step-by-step explanation:

     We can solve how much 144 sodas will cost in each place, and then compare the difference between them.

     [Solving]

     144 sodas are needed in total.

     Price Co is 36 diet sodas for 10 dollars.

-> 144 / 36 = 4

-> 4 * $10 = $40 at Price Co

     Save More is 24 diet sodas for 7 dollars.

-> 144 / 24 = 6

-> 6 * $7 = $42 at Save More

     [Compare differences]

$42 - $40 = $2

-> She would save $2 by purchasing the drinks at Price Co.

I believe your answer is:

x = \frac{1}{4}

Here’s why:

⸻⸻⸻⸻

\boxed{\text{Solving the equation for x...}}\\\\4x + 54 = 55\\----------\\\rightarrow 4x + 54 - 54 = 55 - 54\\\\\rightarrow 4x = 1\\\\\rightarrow \frac{4x=1}{4}\\\\\rightarrow \boxed{x=\frac{1}{4}}

QuestionA local road rises 30 feet for every 483 feet of highway. What is the slope of the highway?
max2010maxim [7]

The slope can be found by the "rise over run", that is, is the change in variable y divided by the change in variable x.

In this question,

\begin{gathered} slope=\frac{rise\text{ in the road}}{run\text{ in highway}} \\  \end{gathered}

Substituting the values:

\begin{gathered} slope=\frac{30}{483} \\ slope=0.06\text{ feet per feet of highway.} \end{gathered}

Answer: 0.06 feet per feet of highway.

Functions f(x) and g(x) are shown below. f(x) = x2. . g(x) = x2 - 8x + 16. In which direction and by how many units should f(x)
Aliun [14]
The original function is given by:
f (x) = x ^ 2

We apply the following transformation:
Horizontal displacements:
Suppose k> 0
To move the graph k units to the right, we must graph f (x-k)
Applying the transformation for k = 4 we have:
g (x) = f (x-4)

g (x) = (x-4) ^ 2

g (x) = x ^ 2 - 8x + 16
Answer:

B. Right by 4 units

Given ∆QRS≅∆TUV, QS=4v+3, and TV=7v-9, find the length of QS and TV.?
Anon25 [30]
If we are supposed to assume that QS=TV

4v+3=7v-9
minus 4v both sides
3=3v-9
add 9
12=3v
divide 3
4=v
v=4

sub back

4v+3=QS=TV
4(4)+3=QS=TV
16+3=QS
19=QS=TV

then answer is C

Could u help me with 22 please.
sleet_krkn [62]
The inequality is TRUE because when you substitute 4 into each variable (p), you will have this:
3(4) > 5 + 4
12   >   9
12 is greater than 9, so the inequality is definitely true.
