 1. Lower rates of stress.
 2. Easy to achieve success.
 3. Increased quality of life.
 4. Increased life span.:))))
 5. Easy to develop in many aspects(communication, skills, ...)

Disadvantage of negative thinking:
 1. Can lead to stress, fatigue, depression...
 2. Difficult to integrate.
 3. Feel down.
 4. Easy to feel insecure, anxious, not confident,...
 5. Difficulty sleeping leads to easy illness.
