i think it depends on what you told them, if you told your cousin Alex was given answers before every show and your cousin refuses to accept that fact, they’re just strongly holding on to what they believe for whatever reason they may have. so maybe, your relative is just in denial and will accept the truth someday. or they might just think Alex is really cool because of how smart he seemed and refuse to acknowledge the reality.
