5. How does the author's inclusion of the poem within the poem(
CaHeK987 [17]

Answer:

In this poem, the speaker describes seeing her mother. "A poem: I see the moon the moon sees me God bless the moon." Said in the poem, the theme of the poem is to learn from her mother the things she did in her life, and then her daughter recalls the lessons that her mother taught her daughter so that her daughter would do the same for her son, the meaning of the poem of the moon is to give her wisdom and then her mother "blessing" her. Her hair was three-quarters of her height, making me a strong believer in the myth of Samson in the poem.

Explanation:

In tIn thIn the poem she talks about her mother the things that she learned about from her the poem: “I saw the moon the moon stars me God bless the moon.” The moon is referring her mom that she blessed her. That’s what she learned when she was a child.

Which statement describes how connotation is used in this passage?
Alla [95]

The statement that describes how connotation is used in this passage is:

B. The connotation of the word "ripped" adds to the violent feeling of the passage.

Connotation has to do with the mood that a word creates. The word <em>"ripped" </em>means tearing something in an eager and violent way.The passage is obviously violent. The word deprived, which means the lack of something, is followed by the word <em>"joys".</em> Therefore, the word "joys" based on the contexts actually refers to the lack of fun. On the other hand, the word<em> "strange"</em> is describing the eyes of the monster, not a confused world. Finally, the word <em>"warrior" </em>does not bring a connotation of pride, because he is deprived of joys and he is evil.
