Managers and supervisors from Warren Technology keep their eyes alert to see if any worker may feel down or may be in need of some emotional type of assistance. Once a manager or supervisor notices a pattern that is continuous they send the worker into participative counseling to help with their problems. While counseling the counselors need to make sure not to get too attached to the workers and employees, they need to maintain a distance so they won’t get emotionally attached to the employees that may come in or out of the office very frequently. A security agreement can sometimes be made in order to keep the workers case a secret, for personal records or sometimes it can be sold with the consent of the worker in order to give it to study labs and research facilities. A development plan is made between managers/supervisors and the staff who work as counselors in order to see what the workers need, how to make the job easier for everyone, and most importantly the way to help workers in the most efficient and effective way possible.
