Mr. Putin considers Ukraine a strategic position to avoid invasions or attacks by Western NATO member countries, for which he uses the murders of Russians in the region known as Donbass as an excuse.

Between 2008 and 2014, Russia and Ukraine have had other clashes due to the unilateral accession of other pro-Russian territories such as Crimea, where he used a similar method mentioning the attack of pro-Russian Ukrainians.

Why are Russia and Ukraine at war?

Undoubtedly, Ukraine is a strategic place for the positioning of troops, which is why, when the Ukrainian president was planning to join NATO, Russia took the initiative to seize part of the territory.

Just as in 2014 it did with Crimea, Russia plans to take the Donbass region, pointing out that it is made up of people more in favor of Russia, for which it seeks to obtain said territory by force.

VMariaS [17]

Answer:

O the levying of a federal income tax

Explanation:

The Sixteenth Amendment passed in 1913 upheld the right of the United States government to charge a federal income tax. It was further supported by the Revenue Act of 1913. This aspect of the United States Constitution states;

"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
