Answer:

Explanation:

The biggest differences are in the publishing and distribution of new books.  In the past, publishing a book is a big undertaking. A publisher will consider the cost of acquiring rights to a book from an author, type-setting, printing and delivery of the finished books. So authors sometimes may have to sell-publish because they could not find a publisher. This is no longer the case for e-books. It can be as simple as posting a text or pdf file online to get a written book out to the public.

The largest online store, Amazon, started out as an online book seller for physical books but quickly saw the potential of e-books and has become the largest e-book distributor.

___ irony occurs when there is a difference between what is said and what is meant .
antiseptic1488 [7]
The  answer to this would be verbal irony.

Irony is a discrepancy or an incongruence between what is anticipated and to what it actually is. There are three types of irony. One would be verbal irony which, as the name suggests, revolves around speaking or what is said. The other two would be dramatic irony and situation irony. Dramatic irony is usually used in plays, dramas, and the like that involves the audience's awareness. Situation irony would be more involved with what's happening around.

Excerpt from "The Bells"
Alex Ar [27]
The answer is B. "Frightened."

You can draw the conclusion that the author is trying to communicate a frightened tone by the diction of the stanza. The following line of the text states: "In the silence of the night, How we shiver with affright..." This is a very telling detail that supports the idea that the author's tone was meant to be frightening.

1) <span>"Maybe she left because she's mad at me... or do you think I'm overthinking things?" asked Robbie.

2) Quotation marks should be used around the speaker's actual words because it is a punctuation of speech.

3) Slowing the action is NOT a reason to use dialogue in a story. When a character talks, it adds personality to a character and tells us more about what is happening.</span>
