Well first we have to add 7/12 and 3/4 together which is 7/12+3/4=4/3. Now we have to reduce that to simplest form. Which would be 1 1/3 is 7/12+3/4 in simplest form!
Remove parenthesis on m-2 because you don't need to distribute ( you have an invisible 1, but it won't change the values bc it's a one) Combine your like terms on the side you removed the parenthesis. m-2-5 -> m-7.
