An unusually high tide is called a _______ tide.
a. major
c. neap
b. tall
d. spring
Simora [160]

The correct answer is - d. spring.

The unusually high tide is called spring tide.

This tide is higher than the average tide, and much higher than the tide in the period when it is the lowest.

The spring tide always appears after a new moon or a full moon, which is a clear indicator what influences it. The higher a tide is, the bigger the influence on the water bodies by the Moon's gravitational pull, and vice versa. This tide is actually the biggest difference between the high tide and the low tide.

Why do developed countries have a better medical facilities
Anna007 [38]
Developed countries have better medical facilities because they have more money and are able to afford equipment which is often very expensive. Due to having more money, their medical facilities can be equipped more expensively. While this doesn't always mean it is a better facility, it often is the case.

So in a nutshell, because developed countries have more money, they are also able to provide better healthcare and better medical care in their medical facilities.
