ok so um I have adhd and I haven't taken my pill in a long time and I just took it again cause I have been distracted instead of

doing my work and whenever I take the pill my mouth gets really dry so I gag a lot, I barely eat anything, I get really tired and dizzy to the point where I pass out, and my lips get really dry so I pick at it but rn I feel really different like i'm crying a lot for no reason thing it's not that time of the month and my eyes feel like they are about to fall out of my head. I told my mom she says it's nothing but idk i'm scared is something wrong with me? (btw I take vyvanse 40 milligrams)
