The first one is

Simplify by distributing 4:-

$\longrightarrow\sf{4~times~x~+4~times~2}$

Add the products:-

$\longrightarrow\sf{4x+8}$

Solve the next one:-

Distribute -5 & add the products:-

$\longrightarrow\sf{-45-5x}$

Solve the last one:-

Distribute 7:-

$\longrightarrow\sf{7x-21}$
