How what you eat affects your body and how you function and speak of electric foods vitamins and nutrients and why it’s important to eat fruit vegetables whole grain . If your trying to be convincing and to get them to really hear you start out by saying what is in certain foods that aren’t of any health value and what it causes and how it interacts with the body on the mental aspect and functions of body systems even compare coke to water and what it does negatively and positive aspects Ex
Vinegar and olive oil ex
Coke you can use that to eat up your rust on your car battery so imagine what it does to the body
Water we need but you actually have a ph balance and even though we drink soft drinks it does not hydrate one and we need water to stay aligned in neural pathways and digestion and for and to maintain balance due to dehydration causes confusion
Take a cup pour vinegar let it sit a min then put a cap of olive oil and watch what it does . That is what coke does to the body acidic based foods lemon apple cider vinegar any of them but it can actually eat the enamel off your teeth if you eat a lot in salads or drink it but I don’t know if that helps on nutrition on foods or presenting before th examples most want to hear if I change eating habits what does it really do for me ?
