1. For the rectangle

    6 + (3x - 1) + (3x - 1) + 6 = 6x - 2 + 12 =6x + 10

2. For hexagon

   10.2 + (x+4)+(x+4)+10.2+(x+4)+(x+4)=4x + 16 + 20.4=4x + 36.4
