Answer:

(i) 90°

(ii) CÔD

(iii) AÔD = 110°

(iv) 180°

(v) AÔD

(vi) AÔB

Step-by-step explanation:

Two angles are said to be complementary if they add up to 90°.

Complementary angles can either be adjacent or non-adjacent.

Two Angles are said to be supplementary if they add up to 180°.

Complementary angles can either be adjacent or non-adjacent.

(i) BÔC + CÔD = 25 + 65 = 90°

(ii) BÔC = 25°

Therefore the complementary angle measures 90 - 25 = 65°

So the complement of BÔC is CÔD

(iii) AÔD = 20 + 25 + 65 = 110°

(iv) AÔD + DÔE = 110 + 70 = 180°

(v) DÔE = 70°

Therefore the supplementary angle measures 180 - 70 = 110°

So the supplement of DÔE is AÔD

(vi) DÔE = 70°

Therefore the complementary angle measures 90 - 70 = 20°

So the complement of DÔE is AÔB

#1

 • <BOC+<COD=25+65=90

#2

Let the complement be x

 • x=90-25=75

#3

 • <AOD=20+25+65=110

#4

 • <AoD+<DOE=110+70=180°

#5

 • x=90-70=20

I need to know the answer ?
kramer

I can't tell what that bottom coordinate is labeled as but I am going to call it Z.

I = (-3 , -2)

E = (-3 , -3)

Q = (2 , -4)

Z = (0 , -5

To reflect acrossed y = -2 means that

I = (-3 , -2)

E = (-3 , -1)

Q = (2 , 0)

Z = (0 , 1)

All you are doing is taking the y coordinate on each of them and basically mirroring it. Kind of like how you look into a mirror you see a reflection all your doing is changing the y values to be the opposite of what they are when you mirror them across y = -2.

I coordinate stays at (-3 , -2) because the y coordinate (x , y) is at y = -2. Y is vertical on the graph and x is horizontal.

What is the slope of the line?
3(y - 1) = 2x + 2
Choose 1 answer:
fenix001 [56]

Answer:

2/3

Step-by-step explanation:

3(y - 1) = 2x + 2

3y - 3 = 2x + 2

3y = 2x + 5

3y/3 = 2x/3 + 5/3

y = 2/3x + 5/3

Does that help?
