I personally don’t think it’s of someone’s best interest to do this because it provides the child to have a dependence on the parent and can hinder the child’s self responsibilities. I’ve known parents that have done this to their children and know their children are very needy and shy. My mother did not do this with me and I can’t take care of myself ok for my age. Just an opinion tho.

The cardiac cycle consists of two phases; a period where the heart muscle is relaxed, called diastole, and a period of contraction, called systole.

These are then divided into four stages. These are;

1.Ventricular Filling Period (VPF)

2. Isovolumetric Contraction Period (ICP)

3. Ventricular Ejection Period (VEP)

4. Isovolumetric Relaxation Period (IRP)

At rest, cardiac diastole lasts for approximately 0.5 seconds, and cardiac systole lasts approximately 0.3 seconds to complete. However, during exercise, when the heart rate is increased the time period of diastole , especially, is reduced.

Talk test method is used to estimate the appropriate intensity of cardiorespiratory exercise. The intensity at which the exerciser can barely talk and conversate that intensity is considered safe and appropriate for the improvement of cardiorespiratory fitness.

In a talk test method if anyone can comfortably talk but not able to sing than that person is doing moderate-intensity activity and if a person can barely talk in a continuous manner and too out of breath to easily carry on a conversation than the person is exercising at vigorous intensity level.
