The correct answer is C) they resulted in little or no change.

The outcome of most European Revolts of the 1830s resulted in little or no change.

During the 1830s, there were many rebellions against European monarchies, specifically between 1830 and 1832. People in France rebelled against Charles X, for suspending freedom of the press. Charles abdicated and went to England. Poles revolted against the Russian Tsar, but the rebellion was suppressed and Poland became part of Russia. Germany and Italy started rebellions but nothing important really happened. Later, Belgium got its independence from the Netherlands.

4. What do you predict are the dangers of appeasement?
gavmur [86]
Good example of appeasement being used is the Munich Conference (1938), and the Potsdam Conference (1945). Many see appeasement as surrendering to another country’s wishes, which can make a nation and its leader look weak. It’s a temporary measure taken to stop a war, but many times is unsuccessful in the long run. Leaders such as Neville Chamberlain and FDR used this strategy with Hitler and Stalin, who both took advantage of what they had been given. Appeasement can put a country in a weak position due to them losing territory, resources, etc. It’s a very diplomatic policy, but usually only curbs a threat for a short time. Hope this helped a little! :)

How many votes did the Senate need to override the presidential veto, and how many senators and representatives voted to overrid
Shkiper50 [21]
A two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and in the Senate is required to override a presidential veto. The exact number depends on how many representatives vote; therefore, the actual number is subject to change.
