Answer:

Altered perception including loss of the sense of one’s own reality

Explanation:

Depersonalization is the phenomena where an individual feels detached from their own body. They lose the sense of reality and cant figure out their feelings or senses. They often separate their mind and body in a way where they view their own self as an outsider.

It can be experienced by anyone suffering from anxiety or stress but is chronic in some people who have faced a serious trauma. It is a classic symptom of dissociative disorders like dissociative identity disorder. Sometimes it can also be observed in people suffering from non dissociative disorders like bipolar, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia etc.

For me, I would directly go to the hospital to have my friend checked out. I would also call her parents to let them know what's happening. Since it is out of character for her to do drugs and drink alcohol, it is easy to conclude that someone drugged her drink.

It is better to have her admitted in the hospital than send her home because I don't know what drug was slipped in her. She might have an adverse reaction to the drug and alcohol in her system.

I would rather let my friend be safe than sorry and I know that her parents would be more concerned for her well-being than being late from going home.
