The functional significances of all such traits are faster movement, preciseness swimming, and adequate respiration.

What do you mean by Traits?

The traits may be defined as the appearance or manifestations of the desired characters.

These characteristics of chordates assist them in numerous ways and make it easy for them to survive in nature. These characters significantly change their mode of living.

Therefore, the functional significances of all such traits are faster movement, preciseness swimming, and adequate respiration.

Gorter and grendel extracted lipids from human red blood cells. they calculated the total surface area for these red blood cells
Anastaziya [24]
The calculated to surface area for red blood cells by Gorter and Grendel found to be 36u2.

The surface area that would be covered once they spread across the surface of the water is 72u2.

If they spread across the surface area will double. This is because the lipid bilayer with phospholipid the head faces the water on each surface of the membrane.
It clearly shows that there must be more to membranes than lipid bilayer because membranes grew and the surface tension of membranes is much lower than those of pure lipid structures.

What must happen to the agent of erosion (wind or water) in order for deposition to occur?
Gnoma [55]

I am pretty sure that it is D

With decomposition, the final deposition of particles(sediments) usually occurs at the mouth of a stream. Then a process called horizontal sorting occurs where the sediments that were once carried down are arranged from big to small. Decomposition in streams takes time so the speed of the water and wind should not affect it nor should gravity or the direction. Streams cannot change direction either unless human involement occurs

Hope this helps :)
